Our story, our mission

The Melodi Grace Foundation was created in loving memory of Melodi Grace Robinson to honor her courageous journey with Congenital Heart Disease (CHD). Our mission is to bring hope, support, and compassion to children and families affected by CHD while raising awareness and advocating for improved care and resources. We believe that no family should face a CHD diagnosis alone. Through community outreach, education, fundraising, and family support initiatives, we strive to make a meaningful difference in the lives of those impacted by congenital heart disease.

The Melodi Grace Foundation is dedicated to supporting children and families affected by Congenital Heart Disease (CHD). We provide emotional support, educational resources, care packages, financial assistance when available, hospital family support, community events, and connections to helpful resources. We also work to raise awareness about CHD, advocate for children and families, and honor the life and legacy of Melodi Grace Robinson. Our goal is to ensure that no family faces the CHD journey alone, guided by our values of Hope, Strength, Faith, and Love.
